Main Machine Components

Bed Features 1. The bed features excellent shock absorption due to its high-strength inoculated cast iron construction. 2. One of the prominent bed features is the large chip discharge opening with a wide angle, which effectively dissipates cutting heat. 3. The bed features a rigid structure and good precision retention, thanks to the finite element analysis(FEA) and proper rib layout.
Nitrogen Balance System 1. The high-pressure nitrogen in the accumulator is used to balance the slide weight, which enables high-speed and high-precision machining, reduces the servo motor load, and maintains the machine precision in the long run. 2. The balancer requires no power system, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
High-Performance Integrated Unit Spindle 1 The integrated unit spindle meets the machine tool's demands for high rigidity, speed, and precision simultaneously. 2. With a 0.02mm gap from the machine bed and a large contact area, the spindle features high rigidity and good shock absorption. 3.
