150200 Heavy Duty W Series CNC Lathe Automation Production Line

Two C400K machine tools are equipped with one-to-two external truss manipulators (150200 heavy-duty W series). The intermediate silo is loaded with materials. The processed workpieces can be equipped with a discharging chute or conveyor belt for unloading. It can also prevent the workpieces from colliding and return them to their original position in the silo. Manual picking; the robot loading and unloading time is about (12-14)S; suitable for processing products weighing less than 10kg/large size. Dimensions of the machine tool including truss manipulator: length x width x height (7.4mX2.2mX3.6m).
