The CNC machine tool is equipped with a one-to-two-three-axis box-type external frame manipulator (160160 medium-sized KS2 series). The intermediate feeding silo system is used for loading. After processing, the workpiece can be unloaded by the conveyor belt, and it can also prevent the workpiece from colliding and return it to its original position in the silo. Manual picking; the loading and unloading time of the robot is about (12-15)S, suitable for processing products with a weight of less than 2KG/light-sized products; truss robot size: length X width X height about (5.0mX1.7mX3.8m).
