The CNC machine tool is equipped with a one-to-one three-axis integrated outer truss manipulator (100150 light LS3 series). The eight-station rotating silo system on the right side is used for loading. After processing, the workpiece can be returned to the original position of the silo for manual picking; the robot is loading and unloading. The material changing time is about (8-10)S, suitable for processing disc parts/light-sized products with a weight of less than 1KG; truss manipulator size: length X width X height about (2.4mX1.2mX3.7m).
